How To Report a Bug Follow
If you feel you are experiencing a bug in either the Mobile app or Desktop app, please follow these instructions to send a note to our developers.
Mobile App
- From the home page on the mobile app, click on the 'burger' menu in the upper right corner.
2. Once the menu is open, find the 'Version' number at the bottom of the open menu, and click on/tap it 3 times.
3. This opens a dialogue box in which you can describe your issue. Once you've described what you're experiencing, tap on 'Send'.
The Desktop app works the same. Click on the burger menu, click the Version number 3 times, write your issue, and tap 'Send'.
