How To Connect to a Matrix Bike Follow

Below are the instructions to connect the Intelligent Cycling app with Matrix CXM and CXP bikes.

CXM

1. Begin pedaling to wake up the bike and then turn on the console.
2. Find the Bike# listed on the bike.
3. Open the Intelligent Cycling app and tap on the Bluetooth icon in the bottom right.
4. Scroll to find the Bike# that matches your bike and tap 'Connect'.
5. Tap the green 'Continue' box at the bottom of the page.

CXP

1. Begin pedaling to wake up the bike and then turn on the console.  Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper right corner. (Image 1)
2. Select FTMS Advertise Control, then tap FTMS Start Advertising, displaying the Machine Name of your bike. (Images 2, 3 & 4)
3. Open the Intelligent Cycling app and tap on the Bluetooth icon.
4. Scroll to find the 'Machine Name' of your console. Tap Connect. (Image 5)
5. Press the green 'Continue' button at the bottom.
